12Goals app allows you to create goals to complete in the same day, in a week, or in the following 30 days. Then you can see at the In progress tab, how many days you have left to accomplish a goal.

You can achieve a goal with just a swipe, and then see all your accomplished goals in the 'Accomplished' tab.
