Track Goals
Motivation is always from within, but a great to help build that internal motivation is within specific goals that you share with your friends. 135 makes it easy to set specific goals, if you have never set weightlifting goals we have some easy built-in goals. The app also lets you share these goals with your friends, so they can track your progress and help motivate me. It is difficult to make changes and we want to help you out.

After motivation, the most important success factor is form. The app includes tutorials to explain in details exactly how to perform all of the critical exercises. In addition, in the paid subscription, the app includes all of the video recording and review features necessary to help you verify that you are peforming it correctly.
Achieve More
For the serious weight lifters, you need to focus on workouts that target different percentages of your 1 rep max (1RM). In the paid subscription version of the app, we offer all of the 1RM calculations you will ever need. During every workout you can see exactly what percentage you are currently hitting of your 1RM. The app will automatically adjust your 1RM max target as you hitting new records. This tool is essential for anyone that has worked out long enough they are past all of the easy early gains.
