Hub App is a comprehensive electric vehicle (EV) charging management solution designed for businesses and individuals managing charging stations. It optimizes the charging experience while offering robust management capabilities.

The app is open to any company or client, not restricted to a single organization. All features are available to authorized users who manage EV charging operations. Users can register through Massive Mobility's Charging Management System (CMS) and gain access to the Hub App once assigned to charging stations.

The app is free to use, with no in-app purchases or subscription fees.

Resource Usage & Privacy

- Location Access: The app requires location access to ensure a guard is within 150 meters of the station before login, maintaining operational security.
- Microphone Access: Microphone access is essential for safety monitoring. In cases where a charging station encounters issues such as a power fault or network disruption, the app uses the microphone to detect abnormal sounds, triggering an immediate alarm for rapid response.

Important Notice Regarding App Listing

Despite feedback suggesting the app be unlisted, the Hub App serves over 100 active users and continues to grow. Unlisting is not a feasible option due to our expanding user base. We remain committed to ensuring data access is secured and clearly justified.
