The «24 Stops» app permits a multimedial experience of the Rehberger-Weg. An audio-guide, short videos, humorous assignments and complementary texts assure a varied an entertaining walk along the path between Weil am Rhein and Riehen, between the Vitra Campus and the Fondation Beyeler.

Anyone who walks along the Rehberger-Weg needs to take their time. The picturesque landscape and the people who live close to the path make up a fascinating and diverse mosaic, extending beyond national borders, that offers a great deal to discover –slow-down elements in the app enhance users’ awareness of their surroundings.

The path takes between one and two hours on foot and about 30 minutes on a bicycle.

We hope you have a very enjoyable time! The Rehberger-Weg has been made possible by Swatch, the Swiss watch company that loves and lives the crossing of borders and the association of art and life, as well as of countries and cultures. The Fondation Beyeler, the municipality of Riehen, Vitra, and the town of Weil am Rhein are jointly responsible for the idea’s development and implementation. The idea of a cross-border path was initiated within the framework of IBA Basel 2020.
