The program "We swing the press 300 times" is a set of workouts, thanks to which you can dynamically develop your abdominal muscles.
This abs workout program will allow you to strengthen your abs, and, with regular training, pump up the abs in the form of the so-called. "Six cubes", "heater" or "cells".
