3SC Production APP

The app is developed for Bayer. Bayer has 2 plants in Hyderabad and has 5 farm locations where the crops are brought from. Because of the perishable nature of products, Bayer has ensure that the crops are dried within certain hours from the time they are cut in the farms.

The developed app is a visibility platform for all stakeholders involved in operations. As soon as the truck starts from the fields, visibility of truck like the location of truck, estimated time of arrival of the truck to the plant (drier) is given through the app. Bayer drier team uses this information to line up the truck unloading and drying the crop coming through the trucks. Along with the visibility, the app provides detailed information like the truck number, driver name, type of crop the truck is carrying, etc. All this information enables Bayer to line up the processing (drying) of crops to extract best of the out crops.

The visibility platform uses the tracking of the mobile numbers of drivers. We have a tie up with TRAI for tracking of the mobile numbers of drivers. Consents are taken from the drivers to enable tracking of their numbers. In case, the provider of the driver cell phone network do not have tracking facility, we provide them our own SIM cards with phones which are enabled for tracking.

As soon as the driver reaches the plant (dryer location), the trips are stopped which ends the tracking of the driver cell phone.

In all the operations, 3SC has deployed our own employees on ground locations to ensure that the operation is run smoothly.
