What is it about?

3Sixty.me is the fast and easy way to gather positive feedback about your strengths from your friends, family and coworkers. Pick the profile you want feedback on: you as a worker, as a leader or in a social setting. Select the 5 strengths you think sum you up best from the profile list. Then invite friends, family and coworkers to do the same. They will also give you examples of how you use those strengths. You'll soon see a pattern building up on your strengths dashboard as you get responses. You can share your feedback with others if you like. This may be helpful if you are going for a job interview or looking to move up the management ladder. The app also shows how the key strengths you selected yourself may differ from what others see in you.
