Unleash your inner strength with a unique pushup routine built on the excitement of a 52-card deck. Each card drawn sets your workout pace, turning every session into a fresh challenge.
THE WORKOUT
- A deck of cards: Standard (52), Jokers Added (54), Light (32)
- Shuffle the deck, tap to draw a card, and do the given number of pushups
- Take a rest between each set (30 seconds or more recommended)
- Finish the deck. Simple as that.
THE CARDS
- Numbered cards: Pushups equal to the card number
- Face Cards: 10 pushups each
- Aces: 25 pushups each
- Jokers: 50 pushups each
- Jokers are not in the standard deck by default
THE FEATURES
- Dark Mode: UI Changes for a dark or light theme
- Ace Last: Finish strong and guarantee the last card is an Ace
- Jokers On: Adds two Jokers to the deck
- Gamble Mode: Try your luck by drawing two cards at a time (can be toggle at any point in a deck)
- Lite Mode: Use a deck without Jokers, Aces, or Face Cards
THE STORY
Former NFL Pro Ray Lewis was not always strong enough to become the AP Defensive Player of the Year. When he was young, he dealt with struggles at home. He couldn't turn a blind eye to the abuse his mother was receiving and asked her for a deck of cards. He wasn't strong enough to help fight back yet but he knew he had to be. He'd take the deck, flip a 7, and do 7 pushups. Then a 6. Then a 9. He would do a full deck, even adding jokers to get more pushups in. He kept using that deck to get stronger, not realizing how strong it would make him.
