6IX Flow is a music based, beat driven, candle-lit, sweat-infused practice to help you connect movement to breath with full intention, while connecting to your body and the beat. At 6IX FLOW, you connect to your core through a different kind of flow – a studio that hits pause on heady mantras and pushes play on core holds and loud music. You’ll enter with a little hustle and leave on a high note, in a space designed to roll out your mat, leave any BS at the door and let that sh*t flow.
