The A1 Business app helps you to:

• Manage your orders. Get notified when your product sells. View pending orders and confirm deliveries.
• Manage your returns. Authorize or close returns, issue refunds, and change return settings.
• Reply to messages. The numbers that appear next to Communications tell you how many customer messages are waiting for a response. Use customizable email templates to answer common customer questions even faster.
• Capture and edit professional-quality product photos using Photo Studio.
• Create new offers for existing products and create new catalog products to sell on A1 Marketplace.
• Share the app with your team and pay more attention to your business. User permissions set on Vendors dashboard also apply to the app.
