The AB Fitness App is a health and fitness app to help you reach your goals with Alberto and Bridgitte as your personal trainers from your phone. This app will help you fall in love with fitness and help you reach your health goals.

We created our app with the intention of building a community away from social media and that is full of support and encouraging people. This is a place where you can share your achievements, milestones and concerns without the judgement of others.

The app is designed to help all shapes and sizes. You can choose how many days per week you would like to train and choose from the abundance of delicious high protein recipes which aid weight loss, weight gain or weigh maintenance. You will be provided with a daily workout and diet to follow from a library of healthy and delicious recipes. You can also connect your Apple Watch to the app to track your progress during live workout sessions with Alberto and Bridgitte.

This app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow either from at home or the gym.

Your workouts will have a range of intensity levels, but all are doable for all fitness levels and range from shorter workouts such as 45 minutes to longer ones if desired.

The app includes quick & effective workouts, challenges, Weekly live sessions, and a community filled with like-minded individuals who have put their Fitness & Health first.

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts. They can enable the iWatch option from the devices section under Account, the user has to open the iWatch App and Start Session. The health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Account.
