ABIS 2025

The ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (ABIS) is ASEAN’s premier annual business forum, held alongside the ASEAN Summit. It brings together Heads of State and Government, Ministers, global CEOs, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders from across ASEAN and its Dialogue Partners. As the highest-level platform for public-private engagement in the region, ABIS provides unparalleled opportunities for the business community to hear directly from key policymakers and industry leaders on the major trends and challenges shaping ASEAN’s economic outlook.

The 2025 edition of ABIS will be hosted by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) of Malaysia and will take place on 25–26 October 2025 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur, in conjunction with the 47th ASEAN Summit.

This year’s Summit comes at a critical time as the region faces increasing global and regional complexities, including economic fragmentation, climate instability, digital disruption, and growing inequality. These pressing issues require not only national resilience but also greater regional coherence and collaboration.

Themed “Unifying Markets for Shared Prosperity”, ABIS 2025 will explore how ASEAN can accelerate regional integration and position itself as a resilient, dynamic, and forward-looking economic bloc. The Summit will spotlight the private sector’s role in shaping policy reform, driving innovation, and enhancing cross-border collaboration to unlock ASEAN’s full economic potential.
