Abriendo Puertas - Tutors

What is it about?

The app is made so that the tutors can submit the reports which can be viewed by the student’s parents regarding their children during every session each week. Home page contains Children cards with their picture and name in both Students (who are assigned to this tutor), Other students(who are under this tutor because they selected to guide them in case the student’s assigned tutor is absent), and Notifications section for two most recent notifications. Events page shows the upcoming events. Notifications page shows Notifications which are deleted after 7 days of their creation; there are event notifications, new report and new comment notifications. On clicking the children card, a “New Report” button and a list of previous reports are displayed most recently from top to bottom. When clicked on “New Report”, the tutor needs to select if the student was present for the session, if clicked no, shows a preview of report with absent under each question, or if clicked yes tutor has to submit their thoughts about the student’s activity in the session for each question with additional comment, and when finished a preview of the report is shown, and after in both cases, when clicked on submit, a new report is created for that student. On clicking a report, the details of the report are displayed in order from top to bottom report title, questions with respective answers submitted by the tutor, and the comments sections to converse with the parent. This app helps in knowing the progress of the student’s growth each week with both parents and tutors contributing to their growth.
