ACA-1557 Notices

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Civil Rights (OCR) recently finalized new nondiscrimination rules (ACA-1557). Covered physicians must post notices of nondiscrimination and taglines in the top 15 languages spoken by individuals with limited English proficiency. That's thirty pages of text in total.

This application saves time by including copies of all 63 translated notices and taglines supplied by HHS. Just enter your contact information once, and the application automatically displays each notice on your iPad, cycling through each language and letting users stop and read the notice in any language they want.

This app will run on virtually any iPad, including models that do not run the latest versions of iPhone OS, such as original iPad 1 devices.
