Responde el cuestionario de vulnerabilidad una vez y el cuestionario diario cada vez que debas ir al Instituto para poder mostrar tu carnet digital en la entrada. Una vez que tengas tu carnet digital, puedes responder el cuestionario de vacunación para informar al Instituto si ya has sido vacunado.
