Enter every real-world expense, from mileage to accommodation - even the CO2 associated with your business trips. Simply enter the relevant information, attach a picture of the receipt and send through the approval workflow for fast, accurate reimbursement.
Two-way integration with our Access Dimensions and Focalpoint systems, shows you exactly what you’ve got coming up for the days, weeks and months ahead. Also includes a map feature to show which client sites and appointments are closest together, helping you maximise time on the road.
Live integration with GoldMine Enterprise gives you the up-to-date picture on customers and prospects, with configurable workspaces that let you quickly jump between your contacts, activities, opportunities and cases. Communication feature lets you call/email your contacts in just one touch.
This ensures timesheets, expenses, absence and purchase requests are all seen and approved by the relevant people before updating your finance system. Rules are configurable, and can be set at as many levels as you need.
Accounting for Carbon Emissions (ACE)
When entering expenses, Access Mobile+ will recognise where specific expense types are set up to account for carbon (e.g. mileage) and will incorporate the values into your overall business carbon footprint reports.
Reports & KPIs
All the reports you’d normally get from your desktop, such as Aged Debtors and P&L can be viewed and emailed direct from your iPhone or iPad, giving you real-time, on demand access to your KPIs wherever you are.
