ACEA PC Registrations

Monthly analysis of new car registrations in Europe based on passenger cars registrations collected and offered online by ACEA the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association. ACEA represents the 15 major Europe-based car, van, truck and bus makers.

BMW Group, DAF Trucks, Daimler, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Ford of Europe, Honda Motor Europe, Hyundai Motor Europe, Iveco, Jaguar Land Rover, PSA Group, Renault Group, Toyota Motor Europe, Volkswagen Group, Volvo Cars, and Volvo Group.

Every month, ACEA publishes press releases reporting new passenger car 'PC Registrations' in Europe, which also contains an update of the previous year’s results. Source: acea.be

The ACEA PC Registrations application presents the data on an iOS devices. The following categories are displayed for analysis:

● European Countries
● Manufacturer Groups (PSA, FCA, ...)
● Manufacturer Brands (Peugeot, Opel, Citroen, ...)

The following metrics per country, manufacturer group, and brand are displayed:

● Number of new registrations with diagram
● Best seller by number of new registrations
● Percentage change compared to the previous year

The user can set both a monthly and a year-to-date view and navigate a maximum of 24 historical months.

Monthly data update

The processing and updating of the data for the application takes place shortly after the monthly publication by ACEA.
