Every purchase which is linked to a user’s account, is recorded to help loyal customers see how much they’ve spent and it also triggers a 5% cashback on food and drink up to a value of £1500 spent. Customers can view their balance at any time and see what rewards and offers are available to them given their loyalty to ACI establishments.
The ACI loyalty app also serves as an information hub for guests, providing details about the venues, including their location, opening hours and contact details.
