This app is being tested in a research study and requires a study participant log-in and password. ACT on Vaping is designed to motivate and support young adults to quit vaping. The program is based on a new approach to quitting vaping called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Science has shown that this approach can be more effective than currently available approaches for quitting the use of tobacco products.
