activePLAN AIM Mobile

The activePLAN AIM mobile application puts BIM in the hand. It is designed on the IFC/COBie data model providing a mobile offline experience of the facility with interactive plans and asset information about spaces, fixtures and fittings.

Interact with plans / zoom / pan / select, search for spaces by simple text input or assets by bar-codes.

Capture assets using the devices camera, and bar-code reader.

Record condition of assets and spaces and save within the facility context.

The activePLAN COBie AIM Server is a web server application that imports and exports COBie data formats amongst others. With the mobile application you can download your facilities and upload photos of the facility, spaces, and assets with reports on asset condition.

activePLAN AIM can be used by Contractors, FM Managers, Realtors, Exhibition Organisers, any one needing their users to have interactive access to facilities from Shopping complexes, Educational campuses, Hospital and Health care facilities.

The application can be skinned to a companies corporate colours and logo.
The Restful web service API populates a database on the device and stores files for a full offline experience.

Low on power and resources makes this app a powerful audit tool for the busy phone/tablet user.
