When parents create a new authorized pick-up in-app, ActivityHub dynamically generates a security code for the new user and sends it to you, so you can sign the child out safely.
Each child's file is created digitally when a parent signs them up and is stored securely in our system. Access any file on the go - no need to tote files around or wait till you get to the office to make a note. Plus, files are automatically updated when parents modify the child's profile, -like add a new food allergy, change the address, or add a newly authorized pick-up.
