Regulatory Clearance:
a. The “FreeStyle Libre CGM Sensor” & “​​ACCU-CHEK GLUCOMETER” has obtained regulatory clearance from the relevant authorities in India for use in accordance with applicable laws & regulations. (The FDA approval number P160030 for Abbott Libre. The device was approved on July 23, 2018)
b. It is important to note that the regulatory clearance obtained for the “FreeStyle Libre CGM Sensor” & “​​ACCU-CHEK GLUCOMETER” is specific to India & may not be applicable or recognized in other parts of the world. (CE0088 This product fulfills the requirements of the European Directive 98/79/EC on in vitro diagnostic medical devices.)


Geographic Restrictions:
a. The regulatory clearance obtained for the “FreeStyle Libre CGM Sensor” & “​​ACCU-CHEK GLUCOMETER” limits its use to India only.
b. Therefore, the use of the medical hardware in conjunction with the App, as intended by Actofit Health, is restricted to users located within the geographic boundaries of India.

Soft Features & Functionality:
a. While the use of the medical hardware may be restricted geographically, the App's soft features & functionality can be utilized by users worldwide without any geographic restrictions.
b. Users located outside India can access & utilize all non-medical features, data tracking, educational resources, & other functionalities provided by the App.

Compliance with Local Laws:
a. Users located outside India should be aware that the medical hardware may not have obtained regulatory clearance or approvals in their respective jurisdictions.
