Acty is a free, lightweight, user-friendly App, ideal for customers and technicians in the field who require immediate, effective real-time support.
It adapts perfectly to all the versions of iOS for iPhone or iPad and enables you to receive support at any time, putting you in touch with an expert who, via a live video session and so without moving from their office, can see the problem using your video camera, attempt to solve it or give you precise instructions on what to do.

You can use this App to:
- Connect easily to a company and receive remote support
- Find the companies who provide you with support in the list and group them together as favourites
- Sign up to the service also via your Facebook or Google accounts
- Link your device to a pair of Smartglasses

Characteristics: 
- Through your iPhone or iPad, the operator can see your problem live
- Acty is available for use free of charge to all customers
- You can create several identities, such as, for example, private or colleague, if the operator is from your company
- You can contact the companies by phone and connect to the operator using a session number
- You can contact a company using the App, by selecting it from a list and entering a queue to connect with the operator
- You can also rate the level of support received
- Acty records the support sessions you receive so that you will always have an updated history of these

3. Sign up to the service, or using your Facebook or Google accounts, select the company and connect
