The ADF Transition Guide App is a free Department of Defence app that supports ADF personnel, Defence families, friends and support persons to navigate the transition from a service centred life to a predominantly civilian life. Developed by the Joint Transition Authority, the app brings together transition resources from across Defence and the transition ecosystem to support users to develop transition preparedness, seek meaningful support and make informed decisions about their transition to civilian life.
