A comprehensive application that allows for the greatest possible communication between parents and teachers and between teachers and administration. Teachers often have tedious amounts of work such as writing comments in diaries, checking attendance for students and making sure students know about any assignments due. Instead, this application will help teachers condense all such tasks onto one platform. Digitally taking attendance (with updates sent to parents regularly), making announcements and being able to view who has and hasn’t seen them, sending reminders or comments to some or all parents, being able to upload assignments whenever it's convenient and so much more.
With very few parent-teacher meetings a year, teachers have difficulty communicating with parents about the child-this delays opportunities in the growth and development of the child. With an interactive chat function, on the app, teachers can effectively communicate with parents without any sort of delay-comments, feedback and anything class related can be immediately conveyed to the parents. Keeping accurate records of all marks for each assignment, project and test for several different classes is arduous and sees that teachers have less time to focus on teaching. Adhiipa cares about helping student, parents and teachers and so, provide an intuitive platform to access data of all students in a straightforward manner.
