كما يمكن العميل من تتبع الشحنة إبتدا ً من المستودع و مرورا بالمندوب حتى تصل إلى المستلم النهائي . و يمكن التطبيق للعميل الاطلاع على جميع العمليات الخاصة به و الفواتير و طلبات الشراء و مشاهدة مراحل التوصيل و ما هو مسترجع و سبب الاسترجاع
