Agenda for iPad is an easy-to-use program for registering board meetings with agenda.


Characteristics:

The app has everything needed for a professional board meeting.
This includes the registration of the case, by board members, by templates and by company info.
Printing of protocols and sending emails for invitation of board meetings.
 
Meetings can be divided into eight categories: regular meetings, general meetings, extraordinary meetings, annual report, finance, personnel, budget and visions.

Overview of active cases and finished cases.
Calendar of meeting days.
Change of background colours.
Search function searches for all words that occur in case registry.

The program can be used with or without password or and finger scan (iPad pro 12”).
Forgotten password can be sent via email.
Default password : 1234
