Agile Stand Up

The Stand Up app allows you to take a picture of your team members, start a 15 minute count down timer, check off each person after their contribution and sounds an alarm when the time is up.

So why you do need this app ?

Its a great ice breaker to help new scrum masters to get to know their team as they take their picture for the app.

The audible alarm helps to convey to the team that time is up in non verbal and non confrontational way.

Many teams choose avatars to represent themselves on the scrum board or other tracking system, this app helps to extend that representation to the standup, "next up, Iron Man !"

Scrum masters or facilitators working with local and especially remote teams may find it useful for keeping track of the work flow and who has yet to speak.
