How to Play
1. Tap on the Play Button – Begin your journey into learning and testing your knowledge.
2. Select a Mode – Choose from Learn 1, Learn 2, Level 1, or Level 2.
3. Learn Mode – Explore and understand the correct physical therapy exercises for lower back pain and jumper’s knee rehabilitation. Tap the Next button to continue learning.
