- Upload photos straight from your mobile
- Quickly record notes using dictation or your keyboard
- Easily navigate to the property with a tap of a button (the app opens Apple Maps or Google Maps)
- Refer to previous condition reports for the property that were recorded in Ailo Inspect
- Include other important property details such as safety issues or water usage
- Contact your renters or investors from the app via email, call or text message

Once complete, your notes, data and imagery are automatically synced with your Ailo for Property Managers desktop app, so that you can review, edit and submit once you return to the office.
