Our app features Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality and requires logging in with Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), allowing you to use your AIS email account and password.
After logging in with your student account, you will be able to:
Sign in to Microsoft Office 365
Access your Student Portal to view your timetable, grades, and program-related information
Access the AIS Moodle site(LMS)
View announcements sent by Auckland Institute of Studies staff
Upload your school ID, which you can scan to access IT services
Auckland Institute of Studies is enhancing communication with students. This app allows AIS to send notifications within the app’s announcement section, reducing the number of emails and Teams communications.
This app was built in-house by AIS postgraduate students, who will develop and provide new functionalities every year under the supervision of the AIS IT Department. For assistance, please visit the IT Department in room M218 at St. Helens Campus
