Whether you want to de-stress, get stronger, improve your flexibility or just try something new, we have an AKO teacher and class waiting for you.

AKO is a platform that facilitates both in-person and online live training classes on a flat rate pay-per-class basis.

WHAT CLASSES DOES AKO OFFER?

We offer an ever expanding range of classes suitable for all levels ranging from strength and conditioning, yoga, mindfulness and meditation, dance and barre, mobility and flexibility, cardio and running.

HOW IS AKO DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAINING APPS?

IN-PERSON OR LIVE ONLINE: AKO facilitates both live online or physical in-person group classes.

LIVE ONLINE GROUP CLASSES: Online classes are live and interactive so you can see the teacher and the teacher can see you. This means you can get real feedback, form corrections and support in the same way you would if they were in the room with you and the rest of the class. Join online from your computer, smart television or via the app.

PHYSICAL IN-PERSON CLASSES: Teachers and students can schedule and come together for in-person classes locally, whether in a training studio, a park, on the beach (or anywhere else). Find a class in your location and then register to join.

FLEXIBILITY: Learn from anywhere and at times that work for you. AKO teachers are all around the planet meaning that there will always be online class options available regardless of what timezone you are in. Equally whether you are travelling or at home you will be able to find in-person classes to join in a location nearby.

FREE PICK-ME-UPS: It’s time to get up and stretch! Drop in throughout your day, on free 5 -15 minute classes designed to pull you away from being hunched over that computer and give you a quick refresh.

NO LONG-TERM COMMITMENTS: No memberships or subscriptions, no added products or equipment. Simply pay a flat rate for classes as you go!

HOW MUCH DO AKO CLASSES COST?

Downloading and joining AKO is free. Classes are £5 when bought individually or £4.50 if bought in packs of 10. We also have pricing in EURO, USD and AUD.
