Ease for tenants to log maintenance requests instead of calling the call center staff through the mobile app. Tenants will be able to track the log times and communicate directly with the facility team to escalate in case of the delays. In addition to this, tenants can attach pictures and videos of the issues providing facility management team better transparency of the issues which help them mobilize the right resource at the right time. Tenants will be able to approve or reject the resolution of the issue and rate the services which is tracked by the facility team and corrective actions are taken to improve the services. In addition to maintenance, tenants will get notifications on renewal of the contracts and initiate the renewal process through the app. The new renewal process will allow the tenants to renew the contract without physically visiting Al-Ghurair Leasing offices. This application will also allow tenants to pay the payments and associated charges through the mobile app using their credit card or debit card.
