Al-Huda Group was established in the year 1998 by the Palestinian businessman and its Chairman, Mr. Tariq Al-Natsheh, who continued the night and day to achieve the goals of his project, and he chose to be his first station and the first branch of the station in his hometown and hometown Beit Awar Al Tahta, west of Ramallah. Al-Natsheh was able, through patience and sophistication, to overcome all the obstacles that it faced to achieve his goals, and nothing deterred him from that, so the Al-Hoda fuel station later turned into the Al-Huda Fuel Group, which is the most widespread and occupies the first place undisputedly.

The group's staff has worked to make a qualitative leap in the Palestinian fuel sector by converting the traditional concept of the station into a comprehensive service center for the public by providing a supermarket for shopping, necessary for vehicle supplies, construction equipment and electrical appliances, Rio Café and Rio Business for meetings and events, in addition to maintenance services.
