Alaska 2-1-1 is a free, confidential health and human services information and referral service available Monday through Friday 8am-5pm over the phone, online at www.alaska211.org or via our mobile app.

Every hour of every day, an Alaskan needs essential services – finding those services isn’t always easy. Alaska 2-1-1 is for anyone who needs help finding help–from food and shelter to job services, parenting help and much more.

The Alaska 2-1-1 Mobile App provides individuals access to the 2-1-1 database with thousands of community resources to assist with every day needs and crisis situations. If you cannot find help using this application, you can call for assistance from a trained Information & Referral Specialist by dialing 2-1-1 or toll-free at 1-800-478-2221.
