Helping to make Alberta’s communities healthier is as easy as downloading an app. The Alberta Prevents Cancer app makes it easy for you to share your information and help inform Alberta Health Services’ health programs. You just have to install the app and answer a few questions at a time.

The Alberta Prevents Cancer app is an initiative of Alberta Health Services and it is one tool AHS is using to gather information from everyday Albertans about their health and lifestyle. The information collected through the app is used to plan policies, programs, and other activities aimed at improving the health of Albertans now and for future generations.
The Alberta Prevents Cancer app is capable of recording information on your activity, heart-beat, blood pressure and much more, and you get to control what you choose to share and how often you share it. It can be as easy as answering a couple questions a week. By giving just a few minutes of your time you can help Alberta prevent cancer.
