Now Alfa Seguradora's clients can request and monitor assistance services for their vehicles quickly and conveniently through the Alfa Car app.

The Alfa Car application allows you to request Alfa Seguradora's assistance services 24 hours a day.

In case of car problems or accidents, you can request assistance services with a few taps on the screen. Combined with GPS technology (Global Positioning System), the Alfa Car application automatically identifies your event's location and sends all the information to our Call Center, where we select the best and closest service provider to aid you.

In addition to requesting services, you can check in real time the progress of the services in detail, and also your services history. If you prefer to contact the call center via phone, the application provides a simple and automated way by making a phone call with our personalized service.
