Alined - Habits For Imperfects
What is it about?
Hi, my name is Hamza, and I’m diagnosed with ADHD. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been ambitious. I’ve had big goals and countless ideas about how I wanted my life to look. And I’ve always believed in the power of small daily actions. That belief grew even stronger when I read James Clear’s Atomic Habits and Charles Duhigg’s The Power of Habit. Both books showed me how routines shape who we become.

But here’s the truth: belief doesn’t always translate into action, especially with ADHD. I would get excited about a new routine, start strong, and then lose motivation after a few weeks. I wanted to wake up early, go to the gym, read more, pray, drink water, even just step outside to touch grass. Yet time and again, I’d watch those intentions fade.
I tried every habit tracker app I could find. Some were too cluttered, packed with endless features and customizations I didn’t need. Others focused only on streaks, and when I broke one, I felt like a failure. What I really needed was something simple, intuitive, and forgiving. An app that didn’t judge me when I slipped, but instead helped me see the bigger picture of my progress.
That’s why I built Alined.
Alined helps you track your habits with a single tap. Each day you complete a habit, it lights up your year view with the green glow of progress. Miss a day? That’s okay. Because when you zoom out, you’ll see more than a broken streak you’ll see the rhythm of your growth. The yearly view shows the ups and downs of your journey, and more importantly, the moments you got back on track. That’s where real consistency lives.
They say you can’t improve what you don’t measure. With Alined, the analytics are simple but powerful. You’ll see your weekly chart, monthly progress trends, and yearly overview, along with a clear completion rate. Maybe you notice that you’re stronger midweek, or that weekends are your weak spot. These patterns help you adapt, not blame yourself.
And because reminders matter, you can set gentle nudges for the habits you want to do at specific times morning runs, evening reading, or simply remembering to drink water.
Alined is distraction-free. You can choose light mode for clarity or dark mode for focus. You can even choose among multiple accent colors to make the app feel more personal. But either way, the design stays clean so your attention stays on what really matters: building the life you want through small, consistent actions.
Over time, those actions add up. One week becomes a month, a month becomes a year, and suddenly, you have proof of change staring back at you. Not perfection, not an unbroken chain, but evidence that you showed up again and again.
