This mobile app produces a single chain of custody for alarm monitoring, ticketing, help desk and critical event resolution. Deploying REST API utilities (listed below) to boost production of BMS/DCIM/NOC software systems for critical asset monitoring and mission critical service management.

Mobile Personnel Tracking Utility: This utility links BMS/DCIM/NOC networks with cloud based GPS tracking technology (UBER Like) that gives both facility user and authorized MEP/IT service contractors the ability track mobile assets (1,000 plus) from a mobile device or (100K plus) from a PC admin panel (optional) without expensive tracking software or plug-in GPS tracking hardware.

Mobile E-Work Order Utility: This mobile utility captures BMS/DCIM/NOC alarms that can be parsed to In-House Maintenance Personnel or Off Site MEP/IT service contractors. E-Work orders are pushed to the cloud accompanied by Time/Date Stamps, Work-Site Address w/GEO map and Classified by Work Order Type (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or IT) for assignment. E-Work orders are then pushed to authorized mobile devices on the Smart Network within a 15-30 second window of processing an incoming alarm for autonomous dispatch.

Mobile Autonomous Monitoring Utility with Autonomous Dispatch: The Autonomous Monitoring Utility is cloud based therefore no expensive software or hardware is required to monitor mission critical systems 24/7/365. Link BMS/DCIM/NOC’s to any mobile device via REST API without breaching security protocols that protect these networks. The service range for autonomous monitoring is 30 miles for a mobile device and global coverage using a PC.

Mobile Alarm Management Utility: This utility affords facility users and mission critical response teams with a mobile alarm management admin data base to update BMS/DCIM/NOC alarms and work order status. Facility users can login and visually confirm alarm status (open or closed), view scanned work orders by vendors and manage work order retrieval powered by QR code scanning technology.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
