«Paid parking» is a service for commercial properties, provided under subscription, which allows property owners to provide public paid parking. It's only needed to install AllGateKeeper Gateways (purchased separately) into automatic gates or barriers. Parking host can set agile parking tariff plans. Parking payment transaction is performed right from the AllGateKeeper app.

«Digital pass office» is a service for commercial properties, provided under additional subscription, which allows property owners to manage permanent and temporarily vehicle access to property's parking and automates temporarily pass requests/approvals.
«Digital pass office» let's building operators to significantly cut costs eliminating the need to have guards at entrances. «Digital pass office» subscription also includes a free 800 number and 24x7 visitors/customer support.

Tenants place visitor access requests via mobile app, designated person from building management company approves requests, guests receive notification about temporarily access and can get directions to the entrance and open themselves the entrance gate/barrier from the app once arrived.

For AllGateKeeper enablement of automatic gate or barrier physical installation of AllGateKeeper Gateway is required. AllGateKeeper Gateway must be purchased separately.
