ALOM BI is a business intelligence system providing ALOM customers with unprecedented real-time visibility and control over supply chain performance. ALOM BI integrates and continuously analyzes current and historical supply chain data from across the ALOM global network and presents it on customizable dashboards. ALOM offers ALOM BI to its customers as an integrated embedded analytics component of its acclaimed COMPASS customer order management portal. ALOM BI, is available in browser and App formats for desktop and mobile devices.

Using machine learning technology, ALOM BI aggregates vast amounts of customer supply chain data from multiple ALOM data sources such as inventory levels, orders received, orders shipped, shipments delivered, and returns received. By analyzing this data in real-time, ALOM BI can identify potential disruption sources and automatically issue “Pulse Alerts” based on pre-set min/max levels to mitigate risk factors and ensure optimum supply chain operations.

With a customizable command of current and historical information, ALOM BI provides both real-time and contextual data analytics to track and measure KPI’s to enhance strategic planning and continual improvement. ALOM BI allows customers to view ALOM’s execution of their supply chain strategies, supporting a collaborative partnership to develop and adapt those strategies to market conditions and customer goals.
