Give employees autonomy in managing their working hours.
With the Altamira app, each worker easily tracks their time in the company, without the need for terminals.
In fact, just a few clicks are enough to clock-in/out directly from your smartphone, wherever you are and even in the absence of an internet connection.
For each clock-in/out it is also possible to:
- Specify a reason, so as to associate it with a project, a job order or a construction site
- Track your location using location services
- Limit its validity to a specific geographical area, through geo-fencing
Altamira HRM also allows you to:
- Send requests for leave and vacations
- Request the approval of overtime
- Check the attendance and absences history and verify the existence of anomalies
The app uses smartphone push notifications to alert employees and managers about new requests and approvals and supports single sign-on.
The Altamira app is part of the service offered with the purchase of our cloud solutions for Human Resources management.
