The AM Suisse APP simplifies in a unique way the following indispensable company processes and enormously simplifies the QM or criminal law relevant entrepreneurial proof obligation!

Technically, the APP is designed to be industry-neutral and can be customized for a wide range of construction and industrial sectors.

1. ID card, qualification & training management
- Management and validation of all ID cards for forklift, PSAgA, lifting platform, ID, driver's license, crane operator, welder examinations, profile system training, etc. incl. any expiration date
- Verifiable introduction & control of temporary employees incl. training follow-up.
- Instruction management target / actual comparison (who is missing which course)
- Planning and implementation of internal training and classroom training or via APP with optional learning target control, based on association templates, Suva documents or company-specific templates (e.g. 10 vital rules for metal construction)
- QR codes on devices and machines refer to further training documents, if necessary incl. video & PDF (e.g. QR code from lifting platform switch cabinet) etc.

2. quality and process management
- Company structure can be stored (industry, company, branches, departments, assembly teams, safety responsible etc.)
- Project structure can be mapped or imported via CSV interface. 
(construction site name, construction site address, site manager, owner, project manager, installation manager
- Some industry specific checklists / standard operating procedures / audit templates are included (e.g. acceptance protocol SIA118, WPK EN1090 or EN16034, declaration of performance EN1090 or EN16034 etc.)
- Own checklists / standard operating procedures / audit templates possible e.g. crack protocol, construction process disturbance, Waterproofing documentation etc.
- Project specific links & supplements (PDF e.g. plans, fire protection regulations etc.) available online from smartphone
- Machine and equipment inventory incl. repair & maintenance audit function.



3. job safety & health protection
- Template safety concept according to construction work ordinance Art. 4
- Reference to industry solution #10 Metal
- Standard operating procedure for typical construction site topics as project-specific appendix per SiKo
- Safety audit / inspections with own templates


4. corporate communication
- Internal corporate communication with an integrated, simple whatsApp replacement, segmentable by company, branch, department, team / function etc.
- Duty to cooperate according to EKAS 6508 / VUV Art. 6a is ensured
