All exercises focus on the improvement of your back health. They can contribute to the improvement and stabilization of strength, mobility, and relaxation of your back. You can actively ease and prevent pains in the same time.

Choose your preferences and either train with workout videos from our experts or with our animated 3D coach. Furthermore, you can choose to workout in recognition mode. Did you know that you can turn the animated personal coach Sara in 360 degrees and zoom in or out in order to see exactly what you are supposed to do in every exercise? Try it out!
Let the reminder tell you that it is time for your training. Select each day and time individually to make the workout fit perfectly into your busy schedule.
You want to see what you are getting into before the workout starts? There is an exercise you don’t want to do? No problem – there is a preview for every exercise and you can deselect every single one you do not want to do. There are many more features to individualize your workout experience in the AmbiCoach.

Be a part of the future of digital health training!
Training in the recognition mode is almost like a workout with a real coach. The front camera of your smartphone recognizes your movements. Your personal coach Sara will only continue the training if you perform the exercise correctly. That is especially useful if you aim at a highly accurate training.

• training whenever and wherever you prefer it
Be completely independent from time, internet connection, and place by downloading all contents to your device. All you need is yourself, your phone, and a little motivation.

Downloading the AmbiCoach is completely free, of course. You can enjoy 1 workout program with 4 exercises as much as you like.

Your iTunes account will be charged for the full amount of the subscription. The subscription automatically renews for the next month if you do not cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the term. You can cancel the subscription at any time and disable automatic renewal in the account settings of your Apple ID. Unused periods of a free trial expire upon completion of a non-trial subscription.
