At Ameya our research team is committed to empowering adults and their healthcare providers with evidence-based, fun, and easy-to-use digital platforms and programs. This Ameya platform allows adults living with chronic conditions to access health and wellness screening that their clinician or research team has requested for them. The screens provide a whole-person view of health across the domains of physical movement, physical activity, nutrition intake and other patient reported outcomes. It can be carried out in the comfort of a patient’s home and the results can be used by healthcare providers and researchers to tailor interventions for optimized health and wellness.

2. View the screening tests that have been ordered for them by the medical reseachers
3. Initiate and complete the assessments
