The AMTS Law App enables you to view important information concerning the Cooperative Loan Payoff file or Mortgage Assignment file you are involved with. If you are an attorney or broker involved in many transactions, you can access each file using the App. Once you have created a Profile for the specific loan using the lender’s loan number and the unique AMTSLaw Password assigned to the file, the App will enable you to view the following:

Document Control: You will know what documents we have received from the lender and whether any issues exist concerning those documents which may need your attention.

Closing/Funding Schedule: You will be able to confirm we have the correct date, time and location for the closing/funding.

Payoff Calculations: You can view a complete breakdown of the payoff calculations including principal, interest, additional fees if any, and the total payoff figure.

Notes Specific to the Transaction: You can make personal notes concerning the transaction enabling you to always be up to date and prepared without having to carry a big file around.

Transaction Specific Calendar: Each loan profile has its own Calendar allowing you to view and edit each of the Reminders you have set for yourself concerning just that transaction.
Even for transactions in which Allen, Morris, Troisi & Simon LLP is not handling the loan payoff, you can still create loan profiles to keep notes and calendar important dates for all the transactions you are involved in.
