Ana Turath: Collecting Mosul’s community stories one photo at a time
Ana Turath is designed to function as a platform that will act as a digital archive that the whole community can access, contribute to, and explore. Through this app, we aim to collect images from the community that can be shared as a testament to the urban fabric, intangible traditions, and diverse groups that represent the Spirit of Mosul. Upload photos, comment, and share experiences of this wonderful city as we preserve local voices and share them with everyone. This project was implemented by The Station through the support of UNAMI Iraq and UNESCO Iraq.
