Pain & Medicine makes it easy to log pain (1–10), record where it hurts, track
your doses, and see simple trends over time—all from one clean dashboard. Add
your medicines with dose, onset and duration; tap **Take** to log; see an
**Active Medications** timer and today’s timeline. Weekly and monthly charts
overlay pain levels with medication usage and an optional trend line. A clear,
time‑stamped history lets you filter entries for quick review.
Designed for all your Apple devices. Sync your entries securely via iCloud
across iPhone, Apple Watch and widgets using the built‑in App Group. Log doses
from your wrist and get an up‑to‑date status on your watch face or Home Screen.
HealthKit integration (read‑only) lets you see how your heart‑rate and
step‑count correlate with pain and medications.
Stay on top of your schedule with optional reminders for pain logs and
medication phases. Choose between System, Dark Mode and normal, and
export or import your data as CSV whenever you like. No account is required—your
data stays on your device and iCloud unless you choose to export it.
