At this time, in the future, things are not going well. The earths surface has become uninhabitable, and mankind has retreated into underground silos.

What happened, apparently, was that some of the robots got infected with some sort of computer virus. They began invading silos and turning against the humans.

We watched as sector by sector the Earth get taken over by these rogue, infected robots.

After much huffing and puffing our leaders decided we should launch a counter-attack. The word went out to start creating new technologies to help in this endeavor.

You need to use these technologies to clear the earth, sector by sector.

The game is fun to watch and fun to play. It gets harder and harder to clear sectors. You need to get better and better.
