What’s your problem? The Apple Support app displays the Apple products that you own based on the devices that you’ve linked to your Apple ID, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and more. Check out the featured articles, or select a product that you wish to get support for, search or browse a support topic, and view the available support options.

Care to chat? One of the best features of the Apple Support app is its built-in chat capability. This lets you talk to an Apple Support chat advisor in real time about the question or problem that you have. As in a typical messenger app conversation, you can see the chat advisor’s messages as soon as they’re sent and see when the chat advisor is typing a response. Of course, you can simply type your messages. You can also attach photos of receipts or information Apple can use to help you more quickly with your concern.

Call me maybe? In lieu of or in addition to a live chat with an advisor, the Apple Support app lets you place a call with an advisor right away or schedule a callback when it’s convenient. It also lets you make a reservation at an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for the repair of your defective Apple product.
